Your $75 deposit, or, $75 of your full registration, guarantees you a spot in our bartending class, and is non refundable.
Any changes to your course start date, or cancellations must be made in writing by emailing info@calgarybartendingschool.
There are no refunds for the balance of tuition if you do not provide us at least 48 hours notice.
In the event of a no-show, the remainder of the tuition will be automatically processed on the first day of class with the card we have on file. This credit will remain on your account if you do wish to re-book at a later date.
If you wish to transfer this, or any credit to another individual, a $50 change fee will be applied.
So, please do let us know in advance if you need to make any changes, we are happy to work with you, to make it work for your schedule.
We do not offer refunds, or partial refunds for classes you have started, and completed or partially completed.
Flair Seminar, Bar Chef Seminar, Wine Seminar’s – class space is limited, upon selection of a seminar date, we guarantee your seat in that class.
If you wish to delay to a later seminar, any requests must be made in writing by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org/calgary at least 48 hours before the start time of your seminar.
No show with no notice permanently forfeits your space in that seminar.
